    急性胃炎食疗方
      
      桂花心粥:粳米50克,桂花心2克,茯苓2克。粳米淘净。桂花心、茯苓放入锅内,加清水适量,用武火烧沸后,转用文火煮20分钟,滤渣,留汁。粳米,汤汁放入锅内,加适量清水,用武火烧沸后,转用文火煮,至米烂成粥即可。每日1次,早晚餐服用。
      鲜藕粥:鲜藕适量,粳米100克,红糖少许。将鲜藕洗净,切成薄片,粳米淘净。将粳米、藕片、红糖放入锅内,加清水适量,用武火烧沸后,转用文火煮至米烂成粥。每日2次,早晚餐食用。
      桔子蜂蜜饮:橙子1只,蜂蜜50克。将橙子用水浸泡去酸味,然后带皮切成4瓣。橙子、蜂蜜放入锅内,加清水适量,用武火烧沸后,转用文火煮20?25分钟,捞出橙子,留汁即成。代茶饮。


     枸杞藕粉汤:枸杞25克,藕粉50克。先将藕粉加适量水小火煮沸后,再加入枸杞,煮沸后,可食用。每日2次,每次100?150克。
      桔皮粥:鲜桔皮25克,粳米50克。先将鲜桔皮洗净后,切成块,与粳米共同煮熬,待粳米熟后食用。每日1次,早餐食用。
      蜂蜜桃汁饮:蜂蜜20克,鲜桃1个。先将鲜桃去皮,去核后压成汁,再加入蜂蜜和适量温开水即成。每日1~2次,每次100毫升。


    鼓励饮水,由于呕吐腹泻失水过多,病人在尽可能情况下多饮水,补充丢失水分。以糖盐水为好(白开水中加少量糖和盐而成)。不要饮含糖多的饮料,以免产酸过多加重腹痛。呕吐频繁的病人可在一次呕吐完毕后少量饮水(50毫升左右),多次饮入,不至于呕出。

     

    心理治疗有时候确实比身体上的更管用。
